I always have a hard time thinning. I know the benefits for the plants left behind, but it seems like such a waste of what could have been for all of the pulled or snipped plants.
The plants still in pots were turning a little yellow. We thought it might have been the plants fighting each other for nutrients, so I thinned them out.
Who stays? Who goes? Did I pick the strongest one? Did I just snip off the one with the best roots? Am I overthinking this? Probably.
People need space, so do plants. We're working on trying to figure out the spacing that works best for our yard.
